1.) This is the BLACKSMITH
Info: This is where you can buy items and upgrade/rank up your weapon. (upgrade/rank up explained later)
2.) INSIDE the BLACKSMITH
Info: Difference of Rank Up and Upgrade.
Rank Up: Is used to increase your weapons damage. (you can increase your weapon rank up to MAX of 10 and you can reach up to MAX of 15 further in the game)
Upgrade: This method change the cosmetics of your weapon; and may also add extra effects like ELEMENTAL ATTRIBUTES and or STATUS EFFECTS.
Which lvl can use blacksmith

clear this quest 鍛冶屋さんのお手紙... clearing this quest unlocks the gray-out options from the blacksmith
for the shop part you only have 3 slot buy/sell/change equipment but i have like 5 slot
